When they ask for you and your partner’s characteristic traits, put everything to “not limited”, your level ranges need to be for each other, and pick the same time zone! (pick one that isn’t common, like Pacific/western time, we picked USZ6 + 7) I know it sounds risky, but that’s how it worked for us and another couple ^_^
